We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

eGift Cards can be purchased for different amounts. Once purchased an eGift will be emailed to the recipient immediately after payment is made. The eGift card is valid for 3 months from the payment date. The eGift card has to be spent in one transaction and no change is given. However, the recipient can top it up with further payment by a different method if tehy wish too.
GardenWood UK try to keep delivery prices as low as possible. We send parcels out with Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes DPD or DHL. It all depends on the size and weight of the item being shipped, to whom we use.
We take great care in packaging the items up carefully to ensure the parcel arrives safely with you.
Majority of our items are built to order, so lead time can vary depending on the item ordered, quantity ordered and workload at the time. Our lead time can vary between 5 and 21 days from the date the order is placed and the delivery is usually 3-5 days from the dispatched date. We will send Tracking Information via email or text where possible, so you will be updated when expected delivery times. If we are unable to fulfil the order within the advised timescale, then we will contact you in person to discuss this. However, if you require the order for a certain date i.e for a gift., please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate this for you.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY OFFER FREE SHIPPING TO UK MAINLAND. FREE SHIPPING excludes some areas of Scotland, Wales, N Ireland and Scottish Islands. Please contact us first, if delivery is to one of these areas, as postage charges may apply.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, accept American Express. Our Payment Gateway adheres to the most stringent levels of security, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
ITEM(S) NOT LIKED - We do not accept returns on personalised items. We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days from delivery date. Please email email@example.com to advise us before returning. Buyer to pay returns postage and item to be packaged up in a good manner, as we can not offer a refund if item is return back damaged due to insufficient packaging and care.
DAMAGAED/FAULTY ITEM(S) - Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if your item(s) arrived damaged, including details of damage and photo to support this, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you. Emails need to be sent to us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged parcel.
You are able to cancel an order for a refund, within 14 days from the date of the order placed, unless the order is for personalised items or has been dispatched out from our workshop. An admin fee will be applied if cancelled, so the refund will be 6% less.
You are unable to cancel orders after 14 days from the order date. Please understand that although the actual build may not have been started. The order will have been factored into our workload along with timber and other materials ordered and accounted for or purchased.
We do not accept cancellations on personalised items.
