GardenWood try to keep delivery prices as low as possible. We send parcels out with Royal Mail, Hermes or DHL. It all depends on the size and weight of the item being shipped, to whom we use.

We take great care in packaging the items up carefully to ensure the parcel arrives safely with you.

Please Note: We ONLY ship to UK Mainland.

We dispatched between 5 and 21 days from the date the order is placed and the delivery is usually 3-5 days from the dispatched date.

 

We will send Tracking Information via email or text where possible.

Majority of our items are built to order, so lead time can vary depending on the item ordered, Quantity ordered and workload at the time.

 

Dispatch information will be stated on each individual item description. However, if the order can be completed sooner, it will be. If we are unable to fulfill the order within the promised timescale listed on the Item description, then we will contact you in person to discuss this. Also, if you happen to order more than one item with two different dispatch timescales, then you would need to allow the longest timescale for the items to be sent together.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged on arrival. Please take a picture of the damage and contact us straight away. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out and the damaged one collected. However, please bare in mind that we do not carry stock of the built to order items, therefore there may be a short delay whilst a replacement is made.


Cancelling Orders

You are able to cancel an order for a refund, within 14 days from the date of the order placed. However, admin fees will be applied so the refund will be 6% less.

You are unable to cancel orders after 14 days from the order date. Please understand that although the actual build may not have been started. The order will have been factored into our workload along with timber and other materials ordered and accounted for or purchased.
